Dead Elm Tree Removal

This mature elm tree had suffered extensive decline and was no longer structurally reliable. Situated close to neighbouring properties and within a short distance of busy Wilmslow Road in Didsbury Village, careful planning was required before work began.

Due to the condition of the tree, traditional lowering techniques were avoided to minimise additional loading on the stem. Sections were dismantled directly into the available drop zone, reducing the risk of failure during the removal process.

The tree was safely removed using sectional dismantling techniques, allowing the work to be completed efficiently while protecting the surrounding area.
