Willow Tree Re-Pollarding Following Limb Failure Concerns

Multi-stemmed willow tree re-pollarded back to previous pruning points following excessive regrowth and limb failure concerns. Several long lateral branches had become overly extended and weakly attached, with one recently failing into the road below.
